Fairies bring an air of whimsy and magic and beauty to our world. I absolutely understand why they captivate children. My own twins developed a fondness for them as toddlers and then again as older preschoolers.
When our toddlers first got lost in the magical land of fairies, I started looking for children’s books about Fairies. It turns out that really good ones are hard to find and often written for an older audience. Some great ones, however, do exist!
Beyond fairy tales, which do often include fairies, here are some other delightful books we love that are full of the beauty, whimsy and magic of fairies.
